Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Sav, do you always do legs so close together. I looked back and you did them on 2/3 as well. Nice lifts though.

    BB: No , usually I only train legs once a week, but I'm trying each body part twice a week. Don't ask why, cause I really couldn't tell ya..........

    One thing I've realised is that there's no way my body is into cardio late at night after closing up the store, so from now on I'l have to make sure it gets down earlier in the day regardless.

    Got up early this morning for 45 mins cardio at this other gym in town I've been checking out. Better atmosphere.

    WOW. You are amazingly strong. I feel like a total weenie! (The day I get to those kind of numbers, I think I will throw an "I kick ass party"... it'll probably be in about 2 years. Save the date.)

    I'd be really interested to hear about the other aspects of your contest prep (diet, posing, etc) if you have time to post them. BEST of luck with the show - judging from (old) pics in the picture forum, you should do great!

    LMAO! Awwwww I could totally use a male training partner....
    I just enjoy training with a guy more than another female.
    There may be a possibility of my old workout partner from several months ago relocating to the area which could be handy.....

    Thanks again to all those well-wishers..... and Carolinagirl, I'll try to be more thorough in my posts/updates... sorry I'm just lazy sometimes

    I don't usually go over 45 mins total in a day. So wether it be all at once, or broken up into 2 sessions.
    I try for 6 days a week, but lately it's been more like 4-5
    that lazy thing again........

    4-5 is not really lazy compared to doing no cardio......but either get in there and get the 6 days or else!!!!!

    That's alot of cardio. Have you considered shortening it up and doing HIIT cardio on off days. I know that you have a contest but isn't that overdueing it. I am not nagging or anything I am just wondering. Then again you know you body best. Btw, that is some impressive strength. Keep it up, Anna.

    I post in sav's journal cos shes a nice lass, and works hard at her training. Nice too see that kind of attitude from the opposite sex and not hearing; "will this peice of celery make me fat?" from the majority of the stick insect population.

    I'm throwing a party Everyone's invited.........

    Yesterday was an off day in more ways than one.

    Today is cardio and some shoulders and arms.

    I seriously am hating myself lately, which pretty much sucks.

    whats bothering you anna? why the hating? is it to do with your pysique/or you as a person? Youve always got help here and if you need to talk, there are plenty of people who can help you out.

    Although i think that everyone at times has certain issues that hamper us, coming through them is what makes us stronger.
