Day 01: Back/ Biceps -
Deadlifts - 135X10, 185X10, 225X6, 225X6, 265X6, 305X4
BB Row 135X6, 155X6, 175X4
DB Shrugs - 90X6
Pulldowns - 120X6, 140X4
DB Hammer Curls - 37.5X6, 30X6
Abs - Weighted Crunches, assorted
Day 02: HIIT Cardio
Day 03: Chest/Tris
Day 04: Rest
Day 05: Legs/ Shoulders
Day 06: HIIT Cardio
Day 07: HIIT Cardio
Starting a NHE Diet, Just got the book about to read it but got good info from the Gurus of this diet. Any help would be much appreciated. So far I am in my Metabolic shift and eating roughly 30grams of fat per meal and 40grams of protein per meal. Minimal Carbs coming from some cheese Broccolli and Spinach.
Multi Vitamin, Creatine, Glutamine(not sure if I am going to continue this after its done, need opinions), Tribulas(not sure if I am going to continue this after its done, need opinions), Whey, Zinc, Magnesium, Liver Tabs
Well I will have to update this journal tommorro becasue I left all my notes at home. But this is basicially something that I am going to really strive for is to keep up this journal and not fail witht his diet. I have spent many hrs reading this forum and have taken the advice of all. Any comments ecspeciall coming from those who have been on the NHE diet is much appreciated. Thank in advance.
As far as my workout went it has been one one the best in a long time. After taking a week off I have experience some strength gain which I hope to continue throughout this diet.
I am going to limit my workouts to about an hour, and am thinking about doing abs on Cardio days, (not to sure about that).
Sleep: I am going to try to get at least 7.5 hrs a night.
Unfortunatley I still smoke but I am really trying to quit. I don't drink that often but thinking about quitting all together and go full force into my diet and well being.

Good luck with NHE, I have heard great things about it and have read the book. Just keep up the hard work and you should see some great results.

Edit: I would probably drop the tribulus and the glutamine if you are trying to save a few $$'s. I have tried glutamine and didn't really see any benefits.
