What is up everyone on here? For quite sometime I have wanted to start a journal on here to inform people what it is I do every minuet of every day year round: Try to get bigger. My current stats are as follows:
Weight: 230 lbs
Years I've known what the f&c$ i was doing:2.5 (assuming I do now which is no guarentee)
Pitbulls currently owned: 1 (and yes she is cute as hell)
Motorcycles crashed: 2
Times I've crashed when trying to impress a girl (2) (includes cars also)
I weighed 178 pounds about 3 years ago when i decided to start putting on mass, in that time I have gained 52 pounds, WOW, thats a lot now that i think about it, anyway I am constantly reading, researching, schooling, eating, and of course training. I am commonly in the gym for about 2.5-3 hours, 3.5 on legs day. I'm sure I will get bombarded with "you're overtraining" comments, but I will deal with that when it comes.
