    Tonight was straight hellacious. I didn't do back or shoulders on their regularly scheduled days, so I may try to do both tomorrow. Anyhow tonight was legs night, and OMFG!! Man I remember felling like total crap a few times when preping for a show, after doing legs of course but this was really bad. I had a shake 45 minutes before I went to the gym and I must not have been fully digested because man o man I felt like total crap the whole time!

    Squats: 225x10, 245x8... that was all I could do for these
    Hacks: 140x6, 140x8... IMO this is one of the hardest lifts ever for legs
    Leg Curls: 110x8, 110x5... man I feel the barf really creeping at this point.

    SLDL: did not happen because some bitch wore perfume to the gym bringing barf into my mouth so I left and reswallowed my shake!!
    All of which makes me anxious...

    man I've been sick as hell for the past few days, and lost most of what I've packed on in the last month. Oh well, I may be able to hit the gym as early as tomorrow.. we'll see

    Gettin' sick sucks! specially so soon after you decide to get back into liftin'. Hope your feelin better soon.....I had a cold for a week last month, killer f*ckin' headache too, nothin seemed to help, just had to ride it out. I always seem to get one monster of a headache every year

    Today 3-9-03
    Bench: 185x7, 185x5, 155x5 I wish I had a spot...
    Incline DB: 65x8, 70x6
    Decline Bench: 135x10, 145x 8

    Lost a good amount of strength when I was out but it doesn't matter how much strength I have when I lift, I know I'm getting more muscles as my weight is increasing and so is my size. Peace

    MAN alive, my ass was destroyed in the gym today. whoooohooo the nasty feeling of doing an overload on leg day.. I'm finally coming down.

    Squat: 135x15, 225x10, 245x5, 205x10
    Hacks: 90x12, 110x10 (these are just the weights on the hack machine that I put on. I'm not sure how much that f'er weighs alone)
    Leg curls: 110x12, 110x5
    Calve Raise: well at this point I really needed to evacuate. I mean I could go chill in the mens locker room but that gross as hell smell that is usually acustom to mens locker rooms would have made not only throw up, but really THROW UP! So I drove back to the pad, and omg it was hell. Pursed lip breathing the whole drive!

    On Saturday I did Shoulders.

    DB Shoulder: 60x12, 65x11, 70x8
    Laterals: 25x15, 25x12
    Bent over laterals: 20x18, 20x15
    Tri extension: 75x14, 80x8, 80x7
    Tri pushdown: Ireally didn't pay attention
    BB Curl: 95x10,
    EZ bar curl: 85x12, 85x10
    Hammers:30x10, 30x8
    All of which makes me anxious...

    Holy christ, I weighed myself tonight and I'm 185... at this pace I'll be 195 by may 3rd, which is my date to meet my 190 goal. I'm pumped because tonight I felt real good while doing legs. I still think I look small, but have been told otherwise. On the 20th I did back and ma it was a good workout. 23 was chest day, which was good but it could have been better but the equipment we have in the gym at work is just lame, and the dumbbells only go to 50! wtf.

    Tonight Legs

    Squat: 135x13, 225x10, 235x8, 275x5, 235x10 I DID 275!! WOOT!

    SLDL: 135x15, 155x10, 175x10 these felt great!

    then I did some of those hip adductor and abductor machine exercises, and was out.... PEACE OUT

    Last night was delt night, and it was awesome. Not because I tore it up with huge weights but because I went to a new gym that is sweet, and there I a fine as hell chick there! Sucks that I was lifting with my girlfriend when I was there!

    BD shoulder press: 65x12, 65x8, 70x5.. lifting with the 70's was hella sketchy. I really need to add more power to my midsection, mainly my abnominal region.
    Upright rows: 90x12, 80x12, 70x12, 70x11

    Laterals:30x14, 30x11
    Front raise: 30x10, 30x9
    Bent over laterals: 25x16, 25x10

    Did some bi's and some abs, nothing worth mentioning since I was totally spent. Today is back day at my new gym!

    My last few workouts have incredible. today was legs, and it was fresh.

    Squats: 135x15, 315x3, 275x8, 245x10, 135x8
    SLDL: 135x10, 185x10, 225x5
    Did some of those nuts flexors, and ass crunches. then a set of hacks to burn the hell out of my legs. Then some calves.. it was tight.

    WOOHOO! I weigh 196 as of today. Hopefully I can get up to 200 by May.
