Tonight was straight hellacious. I didn't do back or shoulders on their regularly scheduled days, so I may try to do both tomorrow. Anyhow tonight was legs night, and OMFG!! Man I remember felling like total crap a few times when preping for a show, after doing legs of course but this was really bad. I had a shake 45 minutes before I went to the gym and I must not have been fully digested because man o man I felt like total crap the whole time!
Squats: 225x10, 245x8... that was all I could do for these
Hacks: 140x6, 140x8... IMO this is one of the hardest lifts ever for legs
Leg Curls: 110x8, 110x5... man I feel the barf really creeping at this point.
SLDL: did not happen because some bitch wore perfume to the gym bringing barf into my mouth so I left and reswallowed my shake!!
