I am starting this journal because I have always wanted to know what people thought of my workouts. Especially outside the realm of the same 10 people I see everyday at the gym. So basically I want people to tear me apart and all comments are welcome.
I have been out of it since right before winter break because of finals, family issues and work. Its gonna be a rough start again...
Weekends off, gotta get out
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Goals: Lose some BF and get some mass. Shouldnt be too hard if I stick with my diet. I would like to be 230 by mid May so I am not too fat for the beaches.
All of my lifts will be done with reps of 10, but for calves, forearms and traps I will use reps of 15.
