    working your abs.

    I like to work my abs everyday, either using ab-trimmer or situps [usually 100 when i get up] is that too much or should i do more less often with more rest

    Thats too much volume for abs, you train abs like any other muscle.

    Train them with weights, just like any other muscle. Once a week is fine.

    at the moment im doing 3x15 reps at my bodyweight. [ 67.5k]

    I do cable kneeling crunches for 2 sets of 4-6 reps, heaviest weight possible to failure on last rep, same as othe body parts.

    Working them everyday won't hurt, but really only 2 - 3 times a week is necessary.

    ok,so if i cable crunch max weight- once a week.
    Then situps 2 x, everything sould be ok.

    I don't work abs. Stone Cold and The Rock don't work abs, and they look great. You don't need to work abs.

    True, especially if you squat. It's nasty when you have huge abs, but look fat from the side a la Ronnie Coleman.
