    Forearms/Wrists

I've been gaining some size just about everywhere, but I don't think it's as noticable because my forearms and wrists are so small. I've started doing a couple sets of reverse curls twice a week and these little forearm flexor things, but is there anything else that I can do to increase the size a bit faster? As such a small muscle I would think that if I devoted a bit of time to it then it would make a pretty big difference (though I could be totally wrong hehe).

    Thanks.

Try to hit the forearms at the beginning of your training. 6 -8 total sets per week and a lot of patience is what you need.

Increase your grip when doing sets. Grab the bar tighter and your forarms will come on. It's done wonders for mine. People tell me my forearms are out of proportion to my arms ..... and there nealry 20".

lol@ the thought of 20" forearms

What helped my forearms was to stop using gloves and focus on grip like yates said, ive put on some decent size in no time.
