    need advice, just starting out

    Basic info about myself:

    Height:6"
    Weight:70KG
    Race:Asian
    Calories per day:2500-3000 per day.
    Age:17

    Can anyone suggest a work out routine for someone like myself?



    P.S I goto a health club

    I know the figures are insanely low compared some people I see who lift 200+ on bench press,
