Is morning cardio still effective while doing a keto diet?

on keto - cardio should be kept to a minimum
after carb up, the little energy you have will go towards lifting, but adding *Some* cardio can facilitate returning to keto. personally, i wouldn't add more than 20-30 minutes of cardio on any given day while in keto. and keep it at a lower intensity.
it doesn't matter what time of day since your body is in keto morning, noon and night.

i think walking is cardio enough. like, walking for 20 minutes or something like that, i don't remmeber

You can't really do HIIT on keto because you really don't have the energy for it. I just go with brisk walking in the morning for 30 or 45 minutes. It's all you really need, and if you're worried about any sort of small muscle loss during the session you can take in a protein only meal (or glutamine).
