    Advice on working arms...

i'm on a full body routine that I perform 2x a week with 4 days of rest in between.

i work bi's and tri's and i'm just wondering if working my arms 2x a week is overtraining them.

My routine... (doing 1-2 hard sets with close to my max weight for 6-8 reps for everything)
    Bent over rows
    Military Press
    Preacher curls

Is this routine okay to perform twice a week? I'm only getting maybe 4 sets total for the week for bi's and tri's each.

I doubt it as long as you are getting enough quality food in with that rest. Smaller muscles generally heal quicker than the larger ones......

Plenty of food and sleep and there should be enough time between (4 days) to heal up. But, there's no real set standard on it. If you continue to progress in all the lifts then don't worry about it, if you stop progressing, start worrying.

Do they feel over trained? My body normaly tells me when I have overtrained & when I can handle more
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff

so a basic rule of thumb is that.. if you feel good and rested (no soreness), and you're lifts are improving... it should be ok... is this correct?
