i'm on a full body routine that I perform 2x a week with 4 days of rest in between.
i work bi's and tri's and i'm just wondering if working my arms 2x a week is overtraining them.
My routine... (doing 1-2 hard sets with close to my max weight for 6-8 reps for everything)
Bent over rows
Is this routine okay to perform twice a week? I'm only getting maybe 4 sets total for the week for bi's and tri's each.
