    Rows: If I feel it working my biceps harder that my lats. Am I doing them wrong?

    I think I'm using the correct form for bent-over rows, but it my biceps seem to give out before my lats.

    You may be too bent over. But all the drive should come from you elbows. Keeping them close to you body and squeezing them back.

    Yes try to focus on contraction of the lats also.
