What type of cardio does everyone do? I have a marital arts class 3x a week so thats my cardio. Than sometimes when not in my marital arts class i'll jump on the bike for 30 mins or do some sprints.

I just started doing cardio again after 6 weeks off. 2 times a week, 30 minute fast walk on treadmill.
Elliptical trainer....easy on the knees and ankles. I have sprained EACH ankle around 30 times in my life. So as low impact for me as possible.

I have a pretty strong cardio routine. I play soccer, so I run a lot. I run 1 hour tuesday thru saturday, on sunday and monday I have soccer games. So it's pretty hard to keep the routine but you get used to it.
