    Simple AB exercises?

    What are 10 or so simple ab exercises?
    Obliques, uppper, lower...

    It's good to switch them up weekly right?

    Decline crunch, cable crunch, hanging leg raises, etc.

    Personally, I just do cable crunches.

    put a 90lb DB on your chest and lay on the floor with your feet up on a bench and get some good squeezes in there. that works pretty good. try for sets of 15

    when doing decline crunches

    should your back go all the way down and all the way up to your knees?

    How do you do cable?

    so weighted crunches and what else? Need a lot more
    Normal crunches, twist crunches?

    why do you need 10?
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
