What are 10 or so simple ab exercises?
Obliques, uppper, lower...
It's good to switch them up weekly right?
Decline crunch, cable crunch, hanging leg raises, etc.
Personally, I just do cable crunches.

cant do any of those... maybe decline crunch tho
put a 90lb DB on your chest and lay on the floor with your feet up on a bench and get some good squeezes in there. that works pretty good. try for sets of 15

my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
not exactly 10 but just a few different ones for variety...
