Do any of you lift in the rep reange of 12-15 reps like myself in the bench press but obviously go as heavy as possible?
I started out at 3 reps for sets, then 5 and then 8. Now i'm doing 12 rep sets with as much weight as i can. When the time comes and i can't increase the weight anymore, i'll take off some weight and rep out 15 reps. i think i'LL keep going in this style until i'm hitting the big 20 reps. Then i'll slowly work my way back down to lower reps again.
Haven't tried that many reps since I first started lifting.
