    Water.......

    Can anyone tell me what the recommended water intake per day is.
    It is said,
    'always drink "plenty" of water,' but how much is never mentioned.
    Im sure the correct amount may differ for all, but is there a forumla for your body weight?

    It depends on your activity, metabolism, bodyweight, and other factors I don't know about.

    As I am cutting (I try to put a lot of spicy food in my diet and I'm using an EC), I am drinking a lot of water. I generally drink 12+ cups of water a day - usually more.

    Multiply your weight by .55, and that's the mininum amount you should be drinking in ounces.

    I drink about a gallon a day.

    Like Shao-LiN said--1 gallon minimum. If your diet contains lots of protein it is essential to keep water intake high.

    I usually just drink at least a regular glass full of water with each meal. There's that, and I'm constantly sipping water throughout the day, and I have 2-3 cans of diet soda (mmm) a day. I piss A LOT, but I don't really mind. At least it makes me think my peter is good for something
