    it common sense?

    This is a dumb question -

    when i take measurments of my biceps say - they should be flexed ,(i think) ,of course?

    Most people measure them cold (not right after a workout) and flexed.

    as long as your consistent, so you can measure your progress it does not matter
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
