    Turkey Gobble Neck, Ideas On Getting Rid Of It...

    I was always told you really can't get rid of those double chins, unless you have liposuction.

    One site suggested looking up and opening and closing your jaw. It really feels like your stretching your underchin instead of actually working it out.

    I found a way that actually works for me. I do it while doing crunches. While I'm crunching with my legs propped up on a chair at a 90 degree angle and my arms folded across my chest. I put my hands near my throat and keep my chin tucked down to my hands the whole time. I get an incrediable burn underneath my chin just like I get from the crunch for my stomuch.

    I just thought I'd let folks know since I hear alot from people who work out and ask how to get rid of that double chin and fat neck.

    Anyone else have any ways that actually work?

    Since you cant spot reduce fat, you have to target all of it! Cardio!

    Once you start losing fat, your face gets thinner as well.
