Hello everyone. Been lifting now for about 6 months. 13 weeks on WBB I
and random stuff prior to that when I first started. I've made some decent progress i think. Started at 140lbs and I am now between 178 and 183 lbs using creatine/protein and eating everything in sight I think i'm finished with WWB1 and am looking for my next step? Which routine to move to? Should i continue to bulk? Constructive critisism is welcome. I think i need some legs O and i am 5'8 if that helps

for a next routine, might i suggest bill starr's 5x5? i am having lots of fun with it, and for once, all my lifts are increasing.
lotsa articles here, and somewhere on there is a excel template you can download for the workout if you're not interested in reading the articles
Thanks for compliments guys. I do appreciate it. I am just starting Starr's 5x5 today. I found a new gym to that is walking distance from my place. I'm shooting for 200lbs then a cut to 190 hopefully be the end of this year
Nice transformation! Looking pretty solid and bigger than 180 IMO. I'm 5ft 8 180 and you're bigger than me!
