Add some fat mate. Salmon oil, avocados, extra virgin olive oil.. all are excellent sources of fat.

I agree with Wizard, and also peanut butter sandwiches and milk make an excellent meal IMO. Also an easy way to get some calories in. Try and stay on a consistent diet and continue to up cals until you are gaining. Consistency in your diet will probably help you solve the problem.

If you cannot get enough cals from whole food then adding a weight gainer shake would be the next logical approach IMO. You could also use it as a postworkout shake as well (mix with water) or at other times during the day (mix with milk).

Dont be affraid to overfeed, that was my motto when i first started, i used to be a skinny twig. But i stuffed myself until it hurt my stomach.

The weight soon started going on, now for some reason i can eat less and gain more

Whole food is teh best bet, but weight gainer can be a real help. Fat is your friend delvey, it is vital to the body functioning in the desired way.

    now bulk my friend
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

plain peanuts are just as good
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff
