Maki's ab routine
In Maki's ab routine, this is the week 1 work out:
Modified PNF Trunk Patterns 4x6 (2 sets each for each movement)
- Decline Static Holds 3x4 (hold each position for 4-6 seconds)
- Weighted Stability Ball Holds 2x4
In the decline static holds, what does 3x4 mean? 3 sets of 4 reps? What constitutes a rep in a static hold? The exercise consists of static holds at different angles on a decline bench, so I'm not clear on what a rep is, if that's what it's referring to? Is a rep at one angle, and then another rep at a different angle?
Put this this in the training forum. It has nothing to do with WBB1 and will get a quicker answer. But 3x4 means to me three sets of 4 reps.
