    What ab exercises do you people use, what sets, reps, do you find best?

    Weighted decline sit-ups. 2 sets of 5 reps with 75lbs.

    machine crunches..2x 4-6 reps(130)
    roman chair hip flexions..30 reps
    lying leg raises...30 reps(w/ 15lb. db between feet)
    roman chair leg raises..30 reps(w/ 10lb. db between feet)
    STATS:
    • 34
    • 5'9"
    • ~185



    The Big 3 (2 sets):
    Flat BB Bench 270
    Deadlift 355 (no belt/straps)
    Squat

    Machine crunches 170X25, 180X20, 190X20, 200X15-18
    Hanging Leg raises 4 sets of 25
    Decline bench situps a total of 100
    Side Bends 115X10 each arm 125X6 each arm
    About once or twice a week
    Age 23 Height 5'10 weight 210 2 years complete of serious lifting.
    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .
    Goal Deadlift 500 by summer now..

    03/10/03 455X3 "rack pull" 500X1 "rack pull MISS"

    GOAL for 2004 get back to a low fat% and keep it 8 -10% would be great.

    NEW GOAL BENCH 400 BY FEB 2005 "not sure about this one"
