    Obviously, I'm with beercan on this one. I thought this post wasn't too off topic when I posted it. If the mods feel it doesn't relate to bb, then by all means delete it. Chris - no flames here, but who started the whining. If you didn't like the topic, you shouldn't have posted on this thread.

    OK, enough. We've addressed all that we need to regarding this issue. If there are any more comments other than those relating to your "workout pet peeves" I'll have to close it, because now it's NOT a training related thread.

    1- that is the goal of most powerlifters
    2- most powerlifters don't care too much about body fat
    3- those guys are the sh!t
