anybody else having success with the big theigh routine?

    ^

I've been doing the big theigh routine once a week on my leg days for awhile now with good gains. not only am i in and out of the gym in 25minutes but the burn i get in my legs during the next 2-3 days in awesome.

although there is one draw back, after im done doing the leg press, leg extensions and squats in consecutive immediate order (big theigh routine)
i am so exhausted that i have to walk the track to prevent from puking or feeling like absolute $hit (seriously, instead of calling it the big theigh routine, it should just be called "pure evilness routine").
maybe this isnt good but maybe its the reason why the routine works so good.

im also wondering, for those who know this routine, if i should being doing 2 sets of these or if the one set is enough? how could i know this?

Never done it. If your legs are sore for 2-3 days I am guessing 1 sets enough, though it doesn't sound like much. But without a break it could be.

Instead of walking around the track when you're done, why not puke on the track instead?

Belive me it`s enough, its a giant set so you`re going from one excersise to the next with no rest, each set is to complete ball busting failure at around 12 reps I belive.

I did it a few times when Chris or someone first posted it last year and belive me 1 set is more than enough providing you`re using enough intensity and not cheating yourself. The squats at the end are pure agony. Suppose it depends how brave you are but I could never muster up enough courage to do it all twice.

You're not working hard enough if you DON'T fell like puking.

    Good work!

what exactly is the "big theigh routine"?
    Stats:
    5'10" 150lbs. 1RM as of 5/15/03......
    Bench 210
    Squat 280

If you don't invest much, then losing doesn't hurt and winning isn't very exciting.

The difference is almost all mental. The top players just hate to lose. A champion hates to lose more than they like to win.

Once you accept defeat, it becomes easy to lose. If defeat comes take it and face it, but don't accept it.

99% of failures come from people who practice the habit of making excuses.
