J/K! just to get your attention...
sup! I'm David, 16, South Korean born in America(good ol' U.S.!) , been working out since May of 2002, but just started the WBB routine #1 2 weeks ago, and I can tell that I've already progressed a LOT. I'm doing cardio on my off days, and drinking protein shakes now as well as changing my diet to limit most fats.
