    about worksets

    when it says do the 2 sets 6 reps of your heaviest weight, do you use the same weight on both sets or do you drop the weight on the 2nd set to be able to do the same reps on both sets??

    I use the same weight for both sets, and when I can get the upper amount of reps on both sets I increase the weight.
    i.e: if i'm working in the 4-6 range, I'll use the same weight for both sets, then increase the weight when i get 6 reps on both sets.

    Life's too short to be small
