    If you're taking anabolics of some sort, that can cause bouts of depression.

    You're not alone munky it happens to alot of people.....the key is if it keeps up to talk to someone about it.
    If figureskating was easy they'd call it hockey. me
    If it's important they'll call back. me

    The question isn't who is going to let me;
    its who is going to stop me.
    Ayn Rand

    And so it begins,
    My eyes wide, yet I see only darkness.
    The world is mine, yet it crumbles with my touch.
    I can touch the stars with my thoughts,
    But the simplest of pleasures denied.
    All things must end they say;
    to end before beginning?
    Tis the sadest loss of all.

    lol at anabolics i'll never touch the stuff.

    I've been trying to keep my self busy. Usually doing work and doing things that i'm good at makes me feel happy. So thats what i've been trying to do lately. But i just can't seem to kick it i've never been this depressed this long.

    How long have you felt depressed for? Sometimes there doesn't need to be a "reason" just a chemical imbalance in the brain...

    Well I'm not a doctor but everyone feels down once and a while. A few days of the blues shouldn't be anything to worry about unless it's reoccuring or continues for a long time.

    :withstupi I'd say if it lasts two weeks or longer, you should probably get to the doc, or talk to someone about it.

    I always have spontaneous depression. It varies as to how often it happens and how long it lasts, but I've just learned to deal with it.

    How old are you? Along with varying other reasons, puberty or hormone imbalance can cause it. How much sleep are you getting? I tend to get very depressed when my sleep levels are either too high or too low.

    Are you denying your body a certain food? If you are, it is your body telling you it wants it badly. It happened to me. After that, the deppression went away.

    Ya man, the same thing happens to me every once in a blue moon. I will feel down in the dumps for absolutly no reason at all for a while. Usually it lasts for a few days and then goes away. Its perfectly normal, everyone has their ups and downs.

    spontaneous depression really sucks. you have no idea why your bored and gloomy but you are. you feel non-productive and not modivated to do anything. mine usually goes away within a day or two.
