I went to a book store yesterday (imagine that). I was looking for a calorie book in the diet and health section. There is a sh!t load of diet books out there. Anyway they have a book for carb calories, fat, and others but I want a simple to use all in one book. What do you guys use? Thanks

Thats true, but I could probably find one for less than $5. There just small pocket sized books. Thats what I've seen so far. It's not like I would carry it around and be super strict or anything. It would be cool to have it at the house just for quick reference. Thanks...
buy one that has a breakdown for carbs (including fiber), fat and protein
that's all you need
mine cost me $6.99

Complete Book of Food Counts by Corinne T. Netzer
This is the one that I use and most bookstores have this in stock. There are numerous editions so you might want to make sure you are getting the most recent version.
Thanks to everyone! Bradley, I'll look for that book next time I'm out.
