    right side of chest bigger than left??

    Hey, alright heres the thing. The right side of my chest is by far more developed than the left. I even tried to work the left more than the right but nothing seems to help. I have been to a doctor and it isnt gyno or anything, the right side just has more mucsle. I never really thought of it as a big problem i use to only notice when i flexed, but now even when im not flexing the difference is quite clear. Anyone have a suggestion on how to deal with this problem? It seems to be progressing, I SWEAR! =

    use your heaviest weight on your left side. so 30 pounds on that side. on your right side only use about 10 pounds or so...do this for about two weeks and your chest should be even...but remember, don't go to your max weight of 30 on your right side...

    I'm probably about 170 right now. Trying to cut up a little, just got done with bulking a month or two ago. Ive always had this problem though even when i first began weighlifting. The size difference just seems to be getting worse though.

    I wouldn't worry too much about it. Once you're 250 and ripped, I doubt anyone will notice much but you.

    Ha, I wish 250

    Im going for 200. I'm only at a height of 5'7 and I'm not getting any taller so 250 might be pushing it.

    Don't succumb to that crap about short = small. I'm 5'7" also and 220 right now. Soon to be 240. Just keep bangin away.
