Currently only weights - No cardio

depends on the day.....anywhere from 45 min for some muscle groups to over 2 hours for others.....for example, legs day is usually at least 2 hours, but I only work those once a week.

I assume you are referring to weights, instead of cardio.

My workouts at the gym usually last 35-50 minutes.

My workouts at home usually last 40-60 minutes. Sometimes I split it into 30-40 minutes and 10-20 minutes later in the day.
