    Question on traps.....

I have fairly large traps but they don't show running up the back of my neck is there something I can do to put more emphasis on the back of the neck.

One of the trainers at my gym does a thing he calls front shrugs. He does them on the seated cable row, arms straight out holding the grip and contracts his shoulders straigth back, there should be no help from the arms at all and then relaease for a big stretch. I don't know, maybe this would increace hyper torphy in the back of your neck.

would have thought that would work more of the middle back than the traps themselves?
