    lower volume sets

i always trained with my sets in the medium range 6-10 per bodypart.alot of people said it was too much but i made gains and stuck with.now due to my schedule i had to cut down the volume of my sets and my strength and size started increasing immediately.some advice to those nervous about dropping volume..do it....you'll be suprised
