Just got new squat rack, and lookin for tips on new routine...

I just got a new bench and squat rack, dip and pull up station...and I'm looking for tips on this routine, it's pretty much based on WBB#3, what do you guys think?

    fb(flat bench)

Day 1 chest/back: flat bench warm up
    set of 10 reps
    2 sets of FB 1X7 & 1X2
    1 set decline bench
    2 sets of incline db
    2 sets of dips(" ")
    2 sets of chinups
    ("weighted")

    2 sets deadlift
    1 set bent over row
    day 2 rest

day 3 legs: 2 sets of squat, one light
    warm up set
    2 sets of lunges
    2 sets of calves
    day 4 rest

    day 5 bi's/tri's/shlds: 3 sets seated
    military press
    2 sets of lateral
    raises
    2 sets of sk crush
    2 sets of close
    grip bench
    3 sets wrist crls forearm

days 6 and 7 rest- light cardio on 1 day

Like I said, pretty close to WBB#3 with a few alterations, what do you guys think? As far as reps are concerned I am adding weight for the second set and decreasing reps. I will appreciate any responses I can get!

Buy the book 'Super Squats' and do the 20 rep squat routine outlined in it.
