The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Att Ad Aware users!!!!!!!!!!!

I just downloaded this because it looks like something that would be nice to use, however I am confused on what to do. I ran a scan and it gave me a list of stuff. So now, what do I do? I read a bit in the help menu, but I didn't get it. Can someone please try to help? Thanks!

After the scan is done there may be certain programs with the good ol' check boxes next to them. Click those, then next and the spyware will be deleted from your comp.

No problem, dude! It won't mess up anything. Things like Gator you won't need at all. A lot of them are just stuff you get from browsing and they don't anything besides tick off your comp.

i dunno about ad aware seems kazaa/grokster made this program, its brobaly all B.S, note I have used it though
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff

Do NOT delete anything by newdotnet.

It will totally f*ck up your computer if you do.

Before running ad-aware, open up your program files directory and look for a newdotnet folder. If you have one, manually go in and use the undelete program in that folder, THEN run ad-aware.

Otherwise, you'll basically have to reinstall windows.

That is why you should install kazaa lite and not regular old kazaa. Kazaa lite does the same thing regular kazaa does but has no pop ups or spyware...
