    well in one month of dieting I have dropped from around 15% to about 13%. In that time I have been really experimenting with the calories so I'm hoping to get to 10% in one more month.
    Stats at 1st March - 7th June

    Weight: 171 - 163
    Bodyfat: 15.5% - 10%

    Status: Bulking

    sorry read the question wrong. It took me about a year and a half to drop from 25% to 15%, but that was with weight training alone. With a good diet I reckon you would be able to do it in 4 months no problem.

    10% from what?

    If I was 250 @ 30% and I dropped to 20% without muscle loss it would be 31.25lbs. That could take anywhere from 16-32 weeks (or more).

    If I was 175 @ 15% and I dropped to 5% without muscle loss it would be 18.42lbs. That could take anywhere from 9-18 weeks (or more).

    In short, estimate 1-2lbs of fat loss per week then adjust as you go. More than 2 can be a bad idea if you don't know what you're doing.

    You have to have the bf measured. You can do this with a set of calipers or if you go to a gym, see if a trainer will do it for you. My gym will do it for free so I had it done a month ago.

    or check around if you have a big name college around you...i know ASU (arizona state university) has a dunk tank. they put you in a suit and dunk you in water or something like that for 30 seconds... tells you you're percent in body fat.. ur weight in bodyfat.. ur percent in muscle.. ur weight in muscle...and more **** about ur nervous system that you dont know what it even means. lol..

    and those are only 20 bux or so to get it done.. worth the expense...

    i dropped alot of fat in about 3-4 months like almost 50 lbs(weighed 225) but gained about 5 back and gained 15 lbs of muscle
