Sometimes i notice that when i bench, whether it be dumbell barbell etc..........i feel a tingling feeling in my tricpes almost like a pins and needles feeling when your arm falls asleep. Can anybody tell me why this happens or what exactly it is.

Sounds like startup of tendonidis or poor circulation to me, though that usually doesn't happen on that motion.
Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.
