I am generally thin. When I wake up, I look in the mirror sideways and I can't hardly stick my stomach out at all.
But sometimes after I eat I notice I can push my stomach out a lot further.
For instance, in the morning my waist might be 30.5-31 inches totally extended.
Then after dinner in the evening it will be 32-32.5
I know that your stomach has to grow a little when it's full, but is there are reason that mine does that.
Am I eating to much at once, or to fast????
I see these dudes with ripped abs and I'm working on it but I don't want to have to suck in to see them.
It's like I get a mini temperary pot belly......
Any thoughts or anwsers???
