Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Compound vs Isolation movements

I'm going to be starting my bulk in about a week. And yesterday I had a thought that maybe I'll take all isolation exercises out of my program for now(cable crossovers etc). And just stick to Deadlifts/Squats/Bench etc.

My arms measure in at a whoooping 12.2inches unflexed =/ I heard you shouldnt train your arms directed until they are 15+ inches, Does this posses any truth?

Is there anything more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset? And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. And also, you're drunk.

Also, you shouldn't really do much tinkering with your workout just because you are changing your diet. But considering that you are bulking, you will probably have a lot more energy for your workouts, so cutting out volume may not be the best solution, when at this point you could probably really take advantage of those extra calories you are taking in.

Put your focus and energy on big stuff - squats, presses, rows, etc. But I wouldn't totally drop isolation stuff if you do it now and like it.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
