The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Cardio
    diet
    weightlifting
    (No particular order)

And you won't get "rockhard" abs by summer unless you're an avid weightlifter. From what I can tell, you're a begginer. So it'll take patience.

Well, if you want some good ab exercises, let us know.. I'm a huge fan of hanging leg raises for overall abdominal strength, but weighted decline crunches are excellent too. And if you want to lose weight... then yes. Get a lifting routine, get a solid diet, and *shudder* do some cardio, if you absolutely feel the need.

Wouldn't lower back strength and endurance be more likely to help you keep your posture while riding? I thought abs pulled the torso towards the legs while the lower back did the opposite. I understand they go hand in hand but wouldn't it more beneficial to train the lower back to help with this specifically?
