Hey i'm a newbie to the forum and just wanted to get some of your expert advice.
Anyways, I'm 17 and the summer is coming and its time to get in shape again. Not like i'm out of shape, i'm 5'10" and 160lbs but I have a few questions.
Abs - I have decent abs, but not great. I feel like I can develop my upper 4 pretty good in time, but the lower 2 are the ones i'm concerned about. Besides the leg raises are there any other exercises specifically targetting lower abs? Also if you could post some successful ab routines on here it would be greatly appriciated.
Pecs - Again my pecs are decent but I want to get bigger. I have a workout "machine" but its one of those benches that you sit on rather than lay on when you do bench press. Does that effect your chest or just arm because when I workout on it I don't really feel my chest doing much work. Are pushups the way to go? When I was younger I used to do a bunch of them and it really formed my physique into what it is today I think.
Body Fat - Is there anyway you can get an accurate measurment of your body fat %? How do you get rid of it without losing alot of weight?
