Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

The only thing I would change is to have a day off after legs. So maybe switch arms and legs around. Other than that, it's pretty much what I've been doing. Are you gonna fit abs in there somwhere?

Is there a reason that you have two off days in a row? If you can it might be better to split them up.

You could also split the arms up. You could do bi's with back and tri's with either chest or shoulders. Since they get worked on those days anyway.

By doing that you could have 3 rest days and I really think you could benefit from that.

Also don't do abs after every workout. At the most twice a week. They are a muscle like all the others. Train them hard and heavy and give them time to rest.

Runt is definitely on to something about splitting your rest days up and using them strategically between workout days.

Just think about taking Mon and Fri off. I used to do what you're doing and was finally convinced to split my days off up and my results improved a fair bit. HY is right, days off should be strategic, helping you seperate working certain muscle groups. I take Mondays off because that's usually the most crowded day at the gym but I love Sat. and Sun. because they are the least crowded and I have all the time in the world. Just consider it.

in your opinion would be the ideal schedule taking fri and mon off...im thinking the same order as up above but starting with chest on tues and ending up with legs on sun...or should i switch that also.....
