    Is there a solution too Preventing Lose Skin?

    Within the last year I have lost 50 lbs. And Have noticed I have a good amount of Loose skin. Could there have been a way too prevent it? And will it tighten?

    I've lost about 70 pounds and have loose skin in the midsection. It's been getting little firmer in about the last three months but it will probably never go away completely. I've done some checking myself and loose skin is common with large weight losses. Unless you have a lot of money for surgery your just stuck. could always fill it back in with fat.

    When I decided to loose weight, I did cardio and weightlifting. I lose alot of weight, but my skin got more firm. I guess it was weightlifting that prevented loose skin for me.
