    protein intake

    I weigh about 240 lbs, and i consume about 140 grams of protein a day, is this enough for building more muscle? Would i notice a difference if i were to up it to about 200 grams? Thanks

    You should be consuming about 1 gr of proteing per pound of bodyweight
