    bi's over tri's??

    just curious cuz my triceps are growing alot faster than my biceps and when i flex its like most of my arms is my tricep. im wonderin if i should work more on my bi's or let my triceps keep growin?


    what would you guys do?

    i think theyll even out by themselves after a while. no biggie.

    I'm with both the wank and Cheddar Bob above. The tri makes up over half of the upper arm maybe even close to 3/4's of it so its supposed to be bigger and stronger.

    I believe it's 2/3 for triceps, the rest is biceps.

    My tri's are virtually non-existent! my biceps take up about 3/4 of my arm. Totally neglected the tri's now im having to try and rectify it, despite the injury lay-offs i keep having.
    The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

    Actually I think the triceps make up 2.746/3.849 of your arm...

    Of course. It is also that huge muscle going almost on the underside of your arm, from the end of your armpit out. My Biceps are still larger than my triceps, and yes I was a curl-jockey. But soon Westside will take over my life. Time to get that 185# bench up to where it should be for my weight (now around 180).

    My biceps are still stronger, but my triceps are gaining on them. I'm within 2-3 reps of my BB bicep curl strength on lying tricep extensions.
