If I fully extend my arms while I'm incline curling the bulky dumbells my stupid gyms has bounce off the ground. In fact my arms probably about 160degrees when they hit. Is it a problem to not go all the way down? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to rig my gym to suit me better?
i never fully extend my arms, always keep tension on them at the bottom of the rep so they dont relax.
