I'm kinda new to lifting heavy and after lifting 2 days ago (upper and lower), I'm still sore. How long should I wait before lifting again, and what do you recommend for a beginner? I'm relatively strong, but not really skilled at form for deadlifts and squats, so im shying away (but im still working on my form) from them for now.
check out the WWB1, gives a great example of a basic workout plan. This includes workout split WITH days off. Follow this plan well and you will experience good results.
