    When should I start cutting?

    If I wanna cut for the summer (mid-June), when should I start? I was thinking like beginning of May but I've never done it before so I need to know.

    It depends on much fat you have to lose. Aim for a lb a week and work your way backwards. I would start earlier than you calculate though just to be on the safe side because most likely you won't lose at the rate you want to.
