dead lift techique??
I was doing dead lifts today (for the 2nd time since high school) and I just dont seem to have proper technique down, any advice on a good dead lift? It seems as though I am really weak too and dont want to throw out my back.
Check out the above bro, should be helpful. Although I space my feet slightly wider than this demo for more stability.

If you feel like your too weak. Use a lighter weight. You don't need heavy weights to see improvement. Form is more important than the amount of weight you can lift.
