When I used to hit the weights heavy a few years back, I used to wake up every now and then with one or both of my arms "asleep", you know, little to no feeling or a tingling sensation. I woke up one morning thinking that my right arm had been chopped off in the middle of the night, because I couldn't feel or move it. And when I went searching for it with my left hand, I couldn't find it (strange picture here, I know, but my right arm fell asleep while laying straight out to my side, and it being dark, and me being half asleep... Well, I kind of panicked...)

Since I've started working out hard again, I have already noticed the arms falling asleep on occasion again. I never had this problem with my arms in a puny state, so I suspect that an increase in muscle size on me effects the circulation in my arms strangely when I sleep.

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this...
