    Surgery stretched skin and gear

    I have come to a point in my life were my physical aperance is what is most important to me. I want that perfect ripped look with like less than 10 % body fat. My family worriesI am going to take things out of controll and become obsessed with this. All I want to do is look the way I have all ways dreamed. I know its possible my stomach worries me. There is a good bit of empty stretched skin that I am not sure if it will ever go away. I want surgery to fix but thats never going to happen. Dont have the $$$$$ Now I am down to 17% fat which is still high. Should I just wait and keep doing what I am. I was thinking if was 10% or less that it may shrink away. I really want to do a cycle a good 20 pounds would put me at the size I want and I am asuming it would help fill out my skin problem. I just dont want to keep worrying about some thing that is not going to change. People say I look great and I say no I have alot more work to do. they think I am taking this to far some times. I need help and I want to no what will work for me. This is all that I think about and its starting to bother me.

    Take a look at this link this is what I am talking about I would love to have a simple answer like this. If it was that easy it makes me mad becasue the one guy look exactly how I do I am smaller than the before but I have more loose skin. The after picture is what I want NOW!!

    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .

    Now, read those two sentences over again and think about it for a while.

    Is that REALLY what is MOST important to you in life? If so, your family is correct.

    The rest of your post makes it sound like you're entire well-being depends on how you perceive yourself each morning.

    C'mon. Just keep going at it intelligently and consistently and you'll be ace.

    Thanks I do understand your point and you are correct. I just want to no if the stretched skin will ever go away. Maybe the answer is just to continue to lose body fat. I may be young enuff for my skin to tighten up but thats what I am not sure of. How about if I wait until I am 10% or less then judge from there.

    I do no a cycle will be completed some time in my future besides the size gain this will help with filling out my skin rite?

    I doubt the weight gained from a cycle will fill out loose stomach skin.

    Plus, if you do the surgery, they're going to make you stand there naked while they take photos. Not once, but twice! I'd reconsider.

    I watched a program on Discovery Health that showed tummy-tuck and skin cutting surgery. You get a nice scar all the way around your abdomen and the cases I see are FAR worse than yours. I'd just keep cutting and use some lotions that help tighten the skin. You're not an old guy, your skin will likely tighten up.

    Well I can deal with 2 naked photos of my self. Plus if the second is how I want to look it wont be a problem. The after pictures on that link above the scars dont look that bad.

    Do you have any suggestions on lotions I tried some supper vitamin K lotion and didnt se any thing.
