Anybody know of any exercises to reduce this.. I have alittle bit under my chin that i would like to tighten up.....Thanks
You cannot spot reduce. The most simple routine to cut fat is to up calorie output and decrease calorie intake. It can be a little more complicated than that, but use that as a guideline. The fat will not just melt off either, it takes time.
yeah, no spot reduction, or else no one would have that little bit of flab on the lower abdominals that everyone hates so much. Just watch your calorie intake and do plenty of cardio. The best way is to lower your BF % in general and that should help reduce the double chin.
